## Daniel - the mind behind Kilometro

Ever since I got on a road bike at 12, this sport hasn't let me go. I raced actively for many years, right up to Elite category, and I still line up regularly for granfondos and road races.

Kilometro grew out of that experience. Not a corporation, not a franchise - a cycling shop I run the way I always wished one would be run when I was the customer: honest advice, a hand-picked range and the ambition to find the right setup for you, not the most expensive one.

Alongside the shop, I also offer personal training for road bike beginners. No off-the-shelf plans - real development, built on race experience.

## Why Kilometro?

### From the peloton, not from the office

We come from Swiss amateur cycling - racing, granfondos, training rides in all weather. What we sell, we've ridden ourselves. Not every product makes it into the range.

### Honest advice, not clever selling

If a cheaper product suits you better, we'll tell you. No upselling, no hidden private labels. We'd rather earn your trust than a few extra francs.

### Less choice, more conviction

We don't stock 50 helmet brands. We stock the three we know work. Every product in the shop we've tested, ridden or tried ourselves.
