## Seamlessly welded

The most striking feature: the side panels are thermo-welded instead of sewn. No seams that can chafe, no raised edges that show under the jersey. The joint is flat, clean and more durable than conventional flatlock seams.

The process originates from time trial suit production, where every coefficient of resistance counts. With bib shorts, the aero advantage is minimal — but the comfort advantage over long distances is considerable.

## The fabric

Pissei uses Italian NYAL fabric from the Sensitive Fabrics line. Compression and stretch in one — targeted muscle support without restricting freedom of movement. The fabric is lightweight, water-repellent, dries quickly and offers UPF 50+ protection. No surprise: this is the same fabric supplier used by the WorldTour kits.

## Bib system and chamois

The new **X-Comfort bib system** works with double elastic compression — wider and flatter than classic bibs, for even pressure distribution. The **Truflo-Ultra-Chamois** is Pissei's own development: multi-zone padding, ergonomically shaped, designed for long-distance comfort.
