# General Terms and Conditions

## 1. scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online store www.kilometro.ch. Kilometro is a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland.

## 2. conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.

## 3. prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT.

## 4. delivery

We deliver within Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 3 to 10 working days. From an order value of CHF 100, shipping is free of charge. We charge a shipping fee for orders under CHF 100.

## 5. right of withdrawal and return

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Hygiene items (underwear, cycling shorts) and sale items are excluded. You can find details in our returns policy.

## 6. warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect.

## 7. liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.

## 8. data protection

Information on the processing of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

## 9. vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Cash payment is not possible. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount promotions unless otherwise stated.

## 10 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

## 11. changes

We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. The GTC valid at the time of the order apply. Status: April 2025.
