Regeneration Shake

The product, the Regeneration Shake Swiss Chocolate Crunch drink powder from THE CHANGE brand, is the perfect reward after every workout. It has been specially developed to provide an optimum ratio of high-quality proteins, carbohydrates and fats and is easy to digest. The shake is suitable for people with lactose intolerance as it contains lactase.

With the taste of Swiss chocolate and no artificial additives or preservatives, it can be supplied either monthly or bi-monthly. It is an important building block in the recovery phase after physical exertion and supports muscle recovery.

The product has a shelf life until at least April 2025 and is one of many high-quality sports nutrition options from THE CHANGE, made in Switzerland with the use of high-quality Swiss ingredients.

The product's packaging is biodegradable and compostable, which fits in with BE THE CHANGE's sustainable philosophy.

After training, a serving of 40g (approx. 3 tablespoons) should be prepared in approx. 200ml of water or whole milk.

With nutritional values per 100g, the shake contains 1605 kJ (380 kcal) energy, 5.9g fat (of which 3.2g saturated fatty acids), 27.0g carbohydrates (of which 24.0g sugar), 3.3g fiber and 53.0g protein.

Our product bags are biodegradable or home-compostable. Once opened, the bag is easy to reseal. This keeps the contents fresh. After use, the bag can be disposed of in home compost or in the green waste garbage can. Please note the country-specific guidelines regarding green waste disposal.
