# Return & Exchange

## General return conditions

You can return most items within**14 days** after receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. The return is subject to a charge for the buyer.

## Items excluded from return

### Underwear & socks

from**hygienic reasons** underwear (e.g. base layer) and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

### Cycling shorts & tights

Cycling shorts with integrated seat pad and tights are also excluded from return - for the same hygienic reasons.

### Why?

We take hygiene seriously. As these items are worn directly on the skin, we cannot resell them once they have been opened. This protects all our customers.

### Sale & reduced items

Sale items and items with discount codes cannot be returned. All sales are final for reduced items.

## This is how returns work

1. Contact us by email at info@kilometro.ch or by WhatsApp with your order number.
2. We will send you the return details and a reference number.
3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible.
4. Return the package using a trackable shipping method.
5. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

## Defective items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will organize a free exchange or a full refund.
