The 2026 kit of UAE Team Emirates XRG is called Fragments of Precision. The pieces under it have a name of their own: Magistrale. They come from the Pissei Custom Lab in Pistoia — the same workshop that builds the one-off pieces for the riders.
The hybrid suit
The most interesting piece is the hybrid body. Pissei developed and made it exclusively for UAE Team Emirates XRG. It joins the aerodynamic precision of a time trial suit with the range of a road garment. Pogačar picks this suit for the Monuments and the Grand Tours.
The short-sleeve skinsuit has a raglan cut. The seam runs diagonally from the armpit to the neck instead of around the shoulder. That keeps folds out of the area that meets the wind in a racing position.
What is in the collection
The Magistrale line holds several pieces. Next to the Road Skinsuit there is the Superlight jersey, the Ultra jersey and the bib shorts, plus a zipperless version of the Superlight jersey. For UAE Team ADQ the bib shorts also come in a women's fit.
Everything is cut race-fit. That means close to the body, shaped for the racing position on the bike. If you ride upright, it will not suit you. If you sit in the drops, it will.
Fourth season
2026 is the fourth year of the partnership between Pissei and UAE Team Emirates XRG. It started in 2023.
