In the second year of the partnership, Pissei refines the design for UAE Team Emirates. The 2024 kit focuses on uncompromising white — brighter, clearer and more minimalist than last year. The black sleeves from 2023 have disappeared and the entire jersey is now pearl white. Red, green and black stripes — the colors of the United Arab Emirates flag — run in vertical lines from the hem upwards.
The changes
The change from black to white on the sleeves is the most visible change. There are also revised sponsor placements and an overall tidier layout. UAE, Emirates, Colnago and ADNOC remain the central logos — but the arrangement looks less crowded.
Technically, the kit is still based on the Magistrale platform: wind tunnel-tested fabrics, customized cuts, in-house seat padding. Each piece is manufactured in Italy — in the Pissei Custom Lab in Tuscany.
The Triple Crown kit
What nobody suspects at the time of the unveiling: this jersey will be the most historic kit of recent decades. Pogačar will win the Giro d’Italia and the Tour de France in it in the same season — and take the World Championship title in Zurich in September. The Triple Crown, for the first time since Stephen Roche in 1987.
For Pissei, this means that the white jersey with the discreet Emirates stripes will go down in the history books.
Assessment
“Pure White, Pure Speed” sounds like a marketing slogan. By the end of the 2024 season, it will sound like an understatement. The kit is an example of how an understated aesthetic can become iconic through sporting performance — not through loud design, but through what happens inside.
