The MET Manta Absolute White is a Limited Edition based on the proven aero road helmet Manta Mips – completely white from the EPS inner shell to the straps and the 360° retention system. For a clean look, MET uses transparent MIPS C2 for the first time, so the safety technology is barely noticeable. The helmet is designed for road, triathlon and even winter riding, combining aerodynamics with everyday-friendly ventilation through 15 openings. Available in sizes S (52–56 cm), M (56–58 cm) and L (58–61 cm) with CE weights of approx. 240 g, 250 g and 270 g.

Technical Details and Features

At the heart of the helmet is the MIPS C2 system in a transparent finish, which can redirect rotational forces away from the head in certain impact scenarios without compromising the purist all-white look. The Safe-T Orbital fit system distributes pressure evenly, allows fine-tuning of both height and circumference, and delivers a stable, comfortable fit even on long rides. Despite its aero focus, the helmet stays noticeably cool thanks to 15 ventilation ports, internal air channels and MET's signature NACA crown. Aerodynamically, the Manta benefits from a tubular tail and a Rear Deflector that smooth airflow in the riding position, while the Fidlock buckle makes handling easy in training and the transition zone. S, M and L cover head circumferences of 52–61 cm; CE weights are approx. 240/250/270 g.

Fit, Sizes and Compatibility

The sizes are practical and true to fit: S 52–56 cm, M 56–58 cm, L 58–61 cm; measure your head circumference above your eyebrows and choose accordingly – the 360° band takes care of the fine-tuning from there. The sunglass ports are handy for glasses wearers, though depending on temple geometry there may be minor contact behind the ear area; it's best to do a quick test with your preferred pair. The helmet is CE-certified; international variants also cover AS/NZS and US standards.
