The WOM 2/3 LS Skin Layer from Assos is a long-sleeved baselayer with women-specific fit for the cooler days between spring and autumn. It offers light insulation, seamless wearing comfort and full arm coverage to keep your upper body warm and dry in changeable weather. The current Skin Layer generation replaces the earlier skinFoil models, is constructed around 8% lighter and uses a tubular Circular Seamless knitting technique without disruptive side seams. Developed for «late fall» and «early spring», it's the first layer in the Assos Layering System and forms the foundation for efficient moisture management on Swiss roads and trails.

The material blend combines moisture-wicking polypropylene yarns with carbon fibres, which stabilise warmth at the torso and reduce odour formation long-term. The Circular Seamless knitting process creates a uniform, friction-free wearing feel that fits like a second skin and barely adds bulk under additional layers. Thanks to raglan sleeves, the sleeve construction extends to the neck, increasing mobility on the bike and reducing pressure points. Compared to the earlier skinFoil generation, the construction has been revised and weight reduced by about 8% without compromising durability or function. This creates a baselayer that rapidly wicks moisture, lightly insulates the core zone and keeps your microclimate stable, even during intervals or longer climbs.
