Shipping

1. Shipping only to Switzerland: We only ship items to Swiss addresses. The delivery is sent to the customer by Swiss Post parcel service.
2. Delivery times: Delivery usually takes place within 5 working days of the order being placed in our system. Earlier delivery or a delay in delivery is possible. We will inform you in the event of a later delivery.

Return, exchange of articles

1. Exceptions: The following items are excluded from exchange and return for hygienic reasons: Cycling shorts of all types and underwear.
2. Fee: Items can be taken back for a one-off exchange fee of CHF 20. The items must be returned to us in their original packaging and without signs of use.
