With a balanced blend of selected Swiss ingredients, including oat flakes, milk protein, short-chain fructooligosaccharides, banana powder and flowering herbs, this product offers a pleasant palate experience as well as numerous health benefits.
The oat flakes in the porridge are rich in beta-glucans, which help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. In addition, the porridge contains fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), an indigestible polysaccharide that nourishes the good intestinal bacteria, helping to build and maintain healthy intestinal flora.
THE CHANGE's MIKROBIOM PORRIDGE is very easy to prepare: Simply place 3 heaped tablespoons in a bowl, pour over approx. 150 ml of hot water and leave to swell for 5 minutes. This easy-to-use serving can be enjoyed as breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner and serves as a great way to improve your gut health while providing your body with essential nutrients.
To minimize environmental impact, THE CHANGE product pouches are biodegradable and compostable, and once opened, they are easy to reseal to preserve the freshness of the contents.
Deliveries are made either once a month or every two months, depending on your needs and preferences. Shelf life until at least December 2024, this product offers long-lasting freshness and nutritional variety, so you can enjoy a healthy and tasty meal at any moment.
