Assos ThermoBooster Cover Socks P1
The ThermoBooster Cover Socks P1 are thermoregulating toe warmers for cool, dry weather. You pull them on directly over your regular socks. That means they sit inside your shoe rather than over it, and from there they insulate while staying breathable.
Uses and Benefits
Conventional overshoes add bulk to the shoe and can rub against the crank. These don't, so there are no aerodynamic drawbacks and no friction against the crank arm. Clipping in and pedaling also remain unaffected.
Because the Cover Socks enclose the toes directly, a warm microclimate is created. Moisture is wicked away from inside the shoe. Toe warmers that sit over the shoe are limited in their heat performance. This model sits closer to the foot and therefore insulates more directly.
