This winter jacket is built for intense road cycling rides in cold, wet weather and fits close to the body like a second skin. Assos has simplified the S11 EVO compared to its predecessor while reinforcing protection at the belly and sleeves.

Technical Details and Features

The jacket draws on insights from WorldTour race experience and was extensively tested under real conditions to deliver a sleeker, more efficient version of the classic winter jacket. The main fabric is once again Assos's own AIRBLOCK-EVO.888 softshell, which blocks rain, splashback, and cold wind while transporting moisture from the inside out. For added protection at the sleeves and midsection, Assos uses CORE Light Softshell, which keeps the jacket lighter and more aerodynamic despite the reinforced protection. Inside, a lining made from BREATH fabric with PushPull technology actively channels moisture away from the body and out through the breathable softshell. The struzzo collar reduces pressure on the neck and regulates heat release in the neck area based on riding intensity, terrain, and temperature. A front pocket also provides space for gloves or heavier accessories, while a flexible fabric panel inside the pocket secures the contents and protects them from splashback.
